Terms & Conditions

Please make sure you read these terms and conditions before placing a bid. Thank you.

• Before you are able to bid you will need to register your email details.
• Please be aware that all final winning bids will incur a commission at 15% with a minimum of £1.
• No bids placed can be withdrawn; please be certain about the lot you are bidding on.
• Take note of the last bid date and time and make sure all bids/proxy bids are placed in good time.  Any last minute bids will extend the closing time of that particular lot by two minutes, to give all buyers a fair chance.
  For example… if you place a bid at 6.59, the bidding will remain open until 7.01.  The auction lot will close when there has been a clear two minute window with no bidding.
• Please take note of the collection date and times.  These can be different for each auction and cannot be altered.
• You must be over 18 to place a bid.
• All winning bidders will receive an email invoice from Isle of Wight Auctions, with collection address, times and details regarding payment.  Payment will need to be made before goods can be taken, through the link in your invoice or bank transfer.
• Isle of Wight Auctions reserve the right to withhold or remove bids/lots if necessary.
