What is Changing and What's Staying the Same?

The Same Look: Don't worry, the website will still feel completely familiar. The general layout, colour scheme and browsing experience will all remain the same.

The Same Simple Bidding: How you browse the auctions, place and track your bids and save items to your watch list will stay the same, there is nothing new to learn.

A Stronger Engine: Behind the curtain, our new software will provide better performance, security and improved stability, particularly in those last bidding minutes.

On Your next Visit to IW Auctions: Because safety and security are a top priority for us you may need to re-enter your password the first time you log into the new site. However, once you have log in that first time you will be all set to go. If you don't remember your password don't worry = just click the forgot password link and you can reset it very quickly.

Looking Ahead

The upgrade is a big investment in the future of our business and the Isle of Wight community. By modernizing our technology behind the scenes we have laid a foundation for faster features and an improved bidding experience.

We would like to thank all of our customers for helping us to grow our auction business; to give you an idea of what this looks like, we have gone from running twelve auctions a year to one hundred and twenty a year, and we are still growing.
